Roots of New Thought - Ancient Wisdom |
 |
Thoughout the history of human spirituality, we have multiple instances in which the principles of New Thought have been articulated. We can find teachings in the Vedas, in Buddhism, Abrahamic Religions, Ancient Greek philosophy, Taoism and more. Today we have confirmation of the efficacy of New Thought. Quantum physics reveals that the timeless truths of metaphysics are verified by contemporary science.
Students will explore various texts such as the Gnostic Gospels, including the Gospels of Mary & Thomas as well as texts from other major religions and philosophers as well as key concepts in physics with a spectrum of wonderful New Thought classics. The goal is for the student to have a solid foundation in the various teachings that have culminated in contemporary New Millennial New Thought
You will explore these teachings over a 12 or 24 week period. The length of the course is decided at the outset of the course by the class with guidance from the instructors. 24 weeks gives you more time, 12 weeks less time. What will your choice be? |
